Andriy Vasyliovich Popiv, 80, of Clarks Summit, passed unexpectedly on Friday, April 21, 2023, at home with his family at his side. Born in the Ternopil region of the Ukraine. Andriy proudly served his country as an officer for 25 years in the Ukrainian Army. Andriy married his beloved wife, Magdalina Fayovan on July 7, 1989. In November 1993, together they moved to the United States. They would have celebrated their 34 ^th wedding anniversary this year. Andriy was employed at Scranton Label Inc. since 1997, until the day he passed. He was a devoted employee that had the mind of an engineer, who was always creating gadgets and implementing new ideas to help him do his job more efficiently.
