Charles J. Gaidos, 74, of West Scranton, passed Friday night at home. His wife of 51 years, Catherine Wince Gaidos was by his side. Born in Scranton, he is the son of the late Andrew and Albina Gaidos. Charles was a graduate of West Scranton High School, a social member of the UKAVETS and the IAM union.

Along with his wife Catherine he is survived by their children, Christopher Gaidos, Scranton, Kyle Gaidos & partner Brenda, CA, Sarah Delevan & husband Nathan, CA, his sister; Rosemary Gaidos, MD.

A Celebration of Life gathering will be held at the family home on Saturday, November 22, from 2 to 6 pm. Arrangements under the care of the Edward J. Chomko Funeral Home & Cremation Services LLC, West Scranton.
