Elaine D. Krul Borys, 70, died Thursday at Hospice of the Sacred Heart, Dunmore. Born in Scranton, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Eleanor Dargatis Krul. Educated in Scranton schools, she was of the Catholic Faith and retired as a hostess for La Trattoria, Scranton. She is survived by one sister, Angela Bouselli and husband Louis, Springbrook Twp., one nephew, Eugene Lesneski, Clarks Summit, three nieces, Eleanor Krul, Scranton, Kimberly Jeffrey, Moscow, Tara Lesneski, Springbrook Twp., grandnieces and grandnephews. She was also preceded in death by one brother, Michael Krul. Viewing for family and friends will be on Sunday, 3 to 7 pm, with a Blessing Service at 6:30 pm, by the Rev. Deacon Carmine Mendicino, in the Edward J. Chomko Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 262 Railroad Avenue, West Scranton. Interment will be in Cathedral Cemetery on Monday.
