Evelyn A. Gaggioli, 81 of West Scranton, died Friday, November 20, in Regional Hospital of Scranton. Her husband of 57 years, John P. Gaggioli, died May 21, 2012. Born in Scranton, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Jeanette Glinko Dombroski. Evelyn was a 1952 graduate of West Scranton High School, a member of St. Lucy's Church, West Scranton and worked as a loving and caring wife and mother. Evelyn kept an immaculate home as well as being a generous and thoughtful person whom was always impeccably dressed. She is survived by her daughters, Linda Gaggioli, Bear Creek, Sandra Davis and husband Mark, Scranton, grandchildren, Cliff Davis, Horsham, Stephanie Davis, Scranton, one sister, Antoinette Mancabelli and husband Robert, Moosic, nephews, Rob and Jeffrey Mancabelli. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, at 9:30 am, in St. Lucy's Church, 949 Scranton Street, West Scranton by Rev. Sam J. Ferretti, Pastor. Interment will follow in Cathedral Cemetery. Viewing for family and friends will be on Sunday, 2 to 5 pm in the Edward J. Chomko Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 262 Railroad Avenue, West Scranton.
