Jacqueline M. Senczakowicz (Sinco), born January 21, 1962, in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on March 13, 2026, at Hospice of the Sacred Heart. Throughout her life, she was known for her dedication and professionalism, particularly in her career within pharmacy packaging at CVS, where she contributed her skills with diligence and care.

Jacqueline pursued her education at Hanover Area High School. Her commitment to her professional growth reflected her determination and steadfastness.

Jacqueline is survived by her daughter, Brianne Filchak of Virginia. She is also remembered fondly by her niece and caretaker, Lorissa Senczakowicz, who carries forward her aunt’s legacy, along with Jacqueline's family and their extended relatives. Her loving family circle includes great nephew and nieces who brought joy to her life, as well as her beloved dog, Eclipse, a constant companion.

Jacqueline was preceded in death by her father, John Senczakowicz; her mother, Arline Zalenski Senczakowicz; her brother, Mark Senczakowicz; and nephew, Steffan Senczakowicz, whose memories remain deeply cherished by her surviving family.

Jacqueline M. Senczakowicz’s life was one marked by dedication to her profession and deep familial bonds. She will be remembered with respect and admiration by all who knew her.

A memorial service to honor Jacqueline’s life will take place on Monday, March 23, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at The Edward J Chomko Funeral Home & Cremation Service, LLC, located at 262 Railroad Ave., Scranton, Pennsylvania 18505.
