James G. Habeeb, 50 of West Scranton, passed on Wednesday night from injuries sustained in an industrial accident at work. Born in Scranton, he is the son of Anne E. Drugatz of West Scranton. Educated in Abington Heights High School, he was of the Catholic Faith, and employed by Kane Warehousing. James is also survived by his son, James G. Stanavitch and his siblings, Theodore "Teddy" Habeeb, Stacy Green and husband Gregory and Michelle Habeeb, nieces; Aliyah, Brianna, and Mckenzie, nephew, Rheyse. A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, 4 to 6 pm, in the Edward J. Chomko Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 262 Railroad Avenue, West Scranton, with Services beginning at 6 pm, officiated by the Rev. Richard Fox, Pastor of St. Patrick's Parish, Scranton.
