JoAnn Mary Petranchak, age 71, passed away on Saturday May 24, at Geisinger CMC after a brief illness. Born in Scranton, she was the daughter of the late John and Johanna Petranchak.

She is survived by her children, Jeff Musheno (Gretchen) and Jamie Musheno, grandson Declan, sister Geraldine Walsh (Tom), and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister Marilyn Portanova (Danny).

There are no public calling hours. Interment will be private.

Arrangements are under the care of the Edward J. Chomko Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 262 Railroad Avenue, West Scranton
