Keith R. Williams, 74, passed on Wednesday at home with his family at his side. His wife of 53 years is Peggy Regan Williams., Born in Scranton, he was the son of the late Robert and Anne Saar Williams. Keith was a 1967 graduate of West Scranton High School and was a United States Air Force Veteran having served in Viet Nam. He was employed and retired from Tobyhanna Army Depot and afterwards was a Driver for special needs students at Northeast Transportation until his second retirement. Keith was a member of the United Baptist Church in West Scranton.

He is survived by his wife Peggy, one son, Peter Williams and wife Sarah, Scranton, one daughter, Terri Williams, Festus, MO, two grandsons, Jacob Williams and Matthew Williams, one granddaughter, Maggie Kearney, one sister; Ruth Roccia, Edwardsville, Illinois, one brother, Robert Williams and wife Nancy, Old Forge. He was preceded in death by an adolescent sister, Suzanne.

A Memorial Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, 4 to 6:30 pm in the Edward J. Chomko Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 262 Railroad Avenue, West Scranton. Services will commence at 6:30 pm officiated by the Rev. Earl Cassel. Military Honors will be conducted prior to the service. Inurnment will be private.
