Melissa Sue Walsh-Abbott, AKA Missey, Aunt Mimi, passed away due to unforeseen circumstances on March 25, 2025, at the age of 29. She was a bubbly, well-loved auntie, dog mom and a friend to everyone she met. She has touched so many lives, and is survived by her wife, many family members and friends. A Memorial Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2025, 9 am to 10:30 am, with Services officiated by the Rev. Ginger Daubenhauser at 10:30 am, at the Edward J. Chomko Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 262 Railroad Avenue, West Scranton.
