Richard R. Passarello, 77, of Scranton, passed on Sunday at the Wilkes-Barre Veterans Administration Medical Center, Plains. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Donna Nidoh Passarello, two daughters, and three grandchildren. Rich was a United States Marine Corps veteran having served in Vietnam. As per Richard's wishes, he was cremated. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction and care of the Edward J. Chomko Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 262 Railroad Avenue, West Scranton.
