Shayla Michelle Petroziello, 29, of Scranton, passed on Monday, at Geisinger Wyoming Valley. Born in Scranton, she is the daughter of Michelle Petroziello, Scranton and the late Vincent M. Petroziello Jr., who passed in 2006. Shayla was of the Catholic faith and was a 2013 graduate of West Scranton Hich School. Shayla was an avid bowler, reader and enjoyed fishing. She was a very special Aunt Aayla to many. She was a fur Mama to Zola, and a loyal friend, who would stop whatever she was doing to assist in any way. Always going above and beyond for those she loved.

She is survived by her mother, Michelle, brothers, Kevin Petroziello, Vincent Petroziello III, sister, Lori Fritz, aunts, uncles, cousins and special friend, Justin.

She was predeceased by her father, Vincent Jr., Godmother, Kimberly Mills, maternal and paternal grandparents, several aunts, uncles and cousins.

A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, by Chaplain Addie Rocco, at 6:30 pm in the Edward J. Chomko Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 262 Railroad Avenue, West Scranton.
