Wilhemina "Cookie" Magee, 63, of Wilkes-Barre, passed on January 9, 2025. Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Magee and Kathryn Donaway. Cookie was a manager at Denny's Soft Serve Ice  Cream in Coney Island. She is survived by seven children;  5 daughters; Monica Ann Magee and girlfriend Lisa Paden, Brandylee May Muthiani and husband Paul, Valentine Mystique Magee, Shannon Marie Magee, Asha Magee and 2 sons; Justin Daniel Gonzalez and girlfriend Gabriella Romanelli and Brandon Arthur Magee, and 11 grandchildren ; Jeena Jorgensen, Michael Jorgensen, Greyson Calderon,  Daniel Jorgensen, Aeyden Calderon, Giovani Jorgensen, Justin Gonzalez Jr., Matthew Jorgensen, Dion Borgen, Kal Gonzalez,  & Jesus Borgen. She was a kind and fierce woman, who fought for those who had nothing and ensured no one was ever hungry, or homeless.  Her family was her most prize possession. Private Services were held. Arrangements are under the care and direction of the Edward J. Chomko Funeral Home & Cremation Services, West Scranton.
