William J. Sibick Sr., 64, Scranton, died March 17, at home. Born in Scranton, he was a son of the late Michael and Mary Laba Sibick. A graduate of Scranton Technical High School, he was a former member of St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church and was a self-employed owner/operator truck driver. Bill enjoyed his corvette and all of the time spent driving with the top off. He is survived by 2 daughters, Devin Hessmiller of Dunmore, Angela Sibick of Scranton, 1 son, William J. Sibick Jr., Phoenix, Arizona, a brother, Michael Sibick, Spring, Texas, a sister, Joanne "Jody" Podracky, Reading, PA, 2 grandchildren nieces and nephews. Cremation was held in Sunlight Crematory, Hanover Township, PA.
